Bulk Receipt Scanner is offered on simple monthly subscriptions. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Monthly subscriptions

Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't refund the current period — you keep full access through the time you've already paid for.

Cancellation

Cancelling is simple, with no dark patterns — no phone call, no multi-step survey standing between you and the cancel button.

• Individual plan: Cancel yourself in one click from your plan page. A confirmation tells you the exact date your access ends.
• Team plan: Cancel yourself in one click from your team page. A confirmation tells you the exact date your access ends.

Exceptional circumstances

If you were charged in error, or something went genuinely wrong, email [email protected] and we'll make it right. We'd rather keep you happy than keep a charge you didn't mean to make.
